By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from NoorJehan Arif ("I," "me"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.
I provide business strategy and systems coaching for new and experienced coaches, delivered through 1:1 sessions, digital products, and community access. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each service are described on the Services and Everything pages, or in your individual coaching agreement.
Prices are listed in USD wherever listed. Payment is due [in advance / per your agreement] before services are delivered, via the payment method specified at checkout or in your coaching agreement.
Rescheduling. Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited, at my discretion.
Refunds before your first session. If you need to cancel before your first session takes place, you may request a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Refunds after your first session. Once your first session has taken place, the engagement is non-refundable. This applies to all packages, including the 1-Day VIP Intensive, the 1-Month Business Intensive, and the 3-Month Business Foundations, whether or not every session in the package is ultimately used. If your circumstances change partway through a multi-session package, remaining sessions can typically be rescheduled within a reasonable window rather than forfeited. Terms in the signed agreement override any terms mentioned here.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your own effort and implementation. I do not guarantee specific income, client, or business outcomes.
All frameworks, materials, templates, and content I provide (including my 8 Dots Framework) remain my intellectual property. You may use them for your own business but may not resell, redistribute, or represent them as your own.
Services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard, but I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of my coaching, materials, or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are located outside Pakistan and a dispute arises, you agree that the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction.
